I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Cameron, TX) in Jan 2016
Interview
Well, submitted resume and within a week received telephone interview from recruitment. After that I was scheduled an in person interview with the hiring manager. Because of the holidays, it has taken a few weeks to hear back. I'm really looking forward to working for this company. It's much better structured snd offers great benefits compared to the "mom and pop" small company that I came from.

Question 1
I was asked about my background that would qualify me for the position
Virtual interview with 3 people. Typical interview questions. Asking about self and scenario questions. Took about 30 minutes. It was actually rescheduled without consulting me about my availability. This was my first zoom interview with multiple people, it was a little unnerving
I applied online. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Started out well. But interviewer became abrupt and one had no further interest in the position. Was totally turned off and didn’t feel I could function in that environment. They hung the phone interview while speaking .
Had multiple interviews with management and Human Resources. They asked multiple questions regarding case scenarios related to patients and what you would do and general skills related to nursing and remote work.
