Very thorough interview and onboarding. The process was spread out over 2 weeks so I didn't feel rushed. I have to write 30 words so I will just write that I have to write 30 words.

This was my second time being interviewed for the position. My profile keeps being selected however I am not getting an opportunity because I am not bilingual. In fact I came to the interview with a binder, which showed proof of my expertise and knowledge (conversion over 47%, rebuttals I created, SEP's I could create to not miss sales opportunities) however I am told this is a bilingual office. And that maybe I could try Minnesota where they hire more Monolinguals. In fact only 10 spots were even available for "Monolinguals" because the rest went to bilinguals. In fact 80% of the office is bilingual SPANISH. Why is it soo high. I'm honestly debating on filing a discrimination case on this company. She wouldn't even look at my book as if she decided when she saw me I wasn't Hispanic it was a no. This is wrong. Disgusting. Last year she laughed when I said I was interested in management because I'm not Hispanic bilingual. I'll see what a lawyer says
