Was supposed to interview with the hiring manager but somehow in the meeting, one more person popped up out of nowhere. I was thinking it of more being like a screen but apparently they said that this is the final interview in the process. So the hiring manager alone gets to decide who gets the job, talk about biasness. In terms of the questions, a set of behavioural and technical questions were asked however, instead of whiteboarding, I was asked to explain differences in SQL functions. A lot of focus on theory than practice. Finally, for about 1.5 months, the recruiter kept telling me that my application is still under consideration until after they hired someone.
