I applied in sept 2022 got an email to complete an assessment, the following day I recieved an on-demand video interview ( answer questions that you have to respond on video). 7 days later I received an email to have an interview with the hiring manager which was scheduled for the next day on teams. I thought it went really good. 2 weeks later I got an email that said im still in consideration. 2 weeks after that I received an email that said even though my qualifications closely match, I was not offered the position. The whole process took alittle over a month. Seems as though they need some help in the HR department.

Interview
Video Interview - very positive, just answer honestly and be positive. Questions that are recorded and you answer. If you don't like your answer, you can stop and restart the recorded answer.
Interview was a recorded interview with 2-3 tries for your recording to each question. Use the STAR method and practice your answers before answering. The questions were your basic interview questions about yourself and personality.

I had a one on one interview at the building in Eau Claire, WI near Festival after completing the first round of testing at a different site. It was a relaxed one on one interview in a small room off of the main lobby.
