I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Phoenix, AZ) in Nov 2014
Interview
The first part of the interview process involves recording yourself as you answer timed situational interview questions. This recorded video is then reviewed by recruiters, whom will contact candidates via email to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview, additional interviews (in-person or telephonic) are scheduled with the hiring manager.

Interview
It was all virtual interviews for a remote role. In total, 3 separate interviews to meet with various levels (hr, hiring manager, panel with equivalent level employees). Questions felt more about personality fit versus resume/skills; which in retrospect is telling.

Four interviews spread out over three days. Very organized; behavioral -type questions. I had plenty of time to ask questions at the end of each interview. Everyone was on time for the interviews, they listened to my responses and asked follow-up questions.
