after sendingon-line resume- recalled corporate HR to follow up. 1 week later scheduled telephone "pre" interview. 2 weeks later invited in for on site interview. Called 1 day later with job offer. Issues with hiring inexperienced managers - majority seemed to be very "green" .As interview proceeded, job description was more suited for clerical repetitive data entry with little opportunity to utilize clinical skills. Bonuses were given based on quantity of phone contacts rather than quality of care

3 round interview. first call is with a recruiter, 2nd call is with the supervisor which is a 1 hour interview in which they provide acting scenario as if you where talking to a customer. I did not make it to the 3rd round.

The interview process was quick and easy and straight to the point. The interviewer straight and direct questions. The interview last 30 minutes, and I was extremely nervous when answering those questions.
