      I applied online. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Tucson, AZ)

      First submitted online application and resume, followed by online skills test and personality test. Second was called in to company for another skills assessment and personality tests taken on their computers along with about 8 other people called in to do the same. The computers crashed for all of us in the middle of the testing. We all had to sort of pick up in the middle of where we left off, after being interrupted with the computers crashing. Dispite this- we were told we all passed and we were told the job training began in one month from the date we were there testing . Then we had a scheduled phone behavioral interview. I was told I passed and would be called in for another behavioral interview. I did that interview and at the end was told by the recruiter I did very well and should be contacted in about a week. Well.. several follow- up emails and almost one month later I am being told I am still being considered and NOW the training dates are being reviewed and until they are confirmed, then they will make hiring decisions!! What kind of BS is this?? I am looking elsewhere now and put my life on hold for this possible position that they make you jump through hoops for- to prove that you are professional, ethical, functional, reliable, trustworthy etc. but how are THEY "stacking up" to their own expectations??!! AND it's not a brain surgeon, rocket science high paying job!!... Still waiting but looking elsewhere...

      Once you finally get a call it’s a quick interview process. I did 2 interviews but decided to move on. Pretty standard stuff, will ask you about previous insurance and/or customer service experience. Low entry level pay.
