Interview
I was scheduled for a phone interview with HR which they failed to call me on the arranged time. I waited about 20 minutes then I called HR and left them a voicemail about the failed interview. HR then emailed me back one hour later and admitted to their fault for not calling and rescheduled a new phone interview date. HR finally called me at the right time and date but they didn't seem to be sorry that they messed up the first time and the HR recruiter didn't seem too excited about the company as well. It felt rushed and pointless since HR hung up right away after asking only three questions. It's been about a month now and I haven't heard anything back.

Simple enough interview. The recruiter could have been better; it seemed like they drug their feet at times, or would give me good news and then be on PTO. So a lot of waiting...

Interview
1st interview is video with multiple tries. Std interview questions. 3 minutes to answer each question. 2nd interview on Teams. Mostly behavioral or situational questions. Know your facts about the company. Interviewer was very relaxed which helped me to relax

Tell me about a time a group project did not go as planned and what you did to make it better.
It was pretty easy and straightforward. I was interviewed through an agency. However , I was not happy with the salary benefits offered so I did not accept the offer. I was offered a better salary at a public firm.
