I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group in Jan 2014
Interview
Calls and then sit down with manager. Met with different people and never knew who was leading the meeting. Disorganized, but that was several years ago. Since then, had internal interviews where I knew the people. Externally, it's now video from a recruiter then phone then in person. Pain in the butt. It's a big company so expect a lot of red tape and recruiters calling you from their house with dogs barking in the background.
Thank you for taking the time to write this review ! Your feedback is highly appreciated and will help us improve our processes. Sincerely, Natasha N. - Talent Community Manager, UnitedHealth Group

The interview process was quick. During the process my recruiter was able to explain everything in great detail. It was a refreshing experience. It consisted of in person and group interviews.
