Scheduled an interview at a career fair on campus, interviewed on campus next day, invited for MSP on site, received offer next week. Minimal Technical screening, mostly behavioral questions. Onsite was entirely behavioral and informative about company.

Had to solve a coding problem in person. Went to their office, answer some behavioral questions, explained about my experience and used a laptop to answer a coding question in java
