Interview can be on phone or in person. Be prepared to sell yourself to the company. You need to show you are willing to be flexible with changes in work flow/processes. You may interview with recruiter, hiring manager, and regional management to confirm you are the right fit.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Sugar Hill, GA)
Interview
I was there for two hours. I watched a video and then proceeded to be interviewed by two people. I was asked several behavioral questions and then had to do a mock CM call. After that I passed and was interviewed by the supervisor. It has been two days and they are now looking into my background further. No offer yet but we shall see.
