First I was contacted by a recruiter, and had an initial interview to make sure I met the bare minimum requirements: Ph.D., at least 3 years post-licensure experience. Then I had an interview with my future supervisor, which went really well: it was fun, low-key, and not high-stakes at all. I was so nervous but she really put me at ease.
