I heard about the position from a friend and applied. Interview process consisted of a short pre-qualifying phone interview and then I was invited for face to face interview thereafter. I was told I was too experienced. Disappointing & puzzling since they had had my resume a whole week prior before calling me for an interview.I guess they thought I would get bored with the project and quit before project was finished I wouldn't have.
