Basic first interview. 30 minute interview with questions about why I am interested and my specific interests in the company. I did not get the job despite being in the externship program and was disappointed. Hard industry to penetrate right now.
Video interview screening which lasted about 15 to 20 minutes with recruiter. Basic screening questions.
Then asked to submit a Brand pitch submission. I was given 7 days to work on the pitch.
