Interview
If auditioning for instructional staff, depending on the staff they are trying out for, there is a physical portion and an interview portion. The physical portion may include learning cheers/routines/dances, showcasing a routine/material of your own, and/or teaching a routine/material of your own. The interview portion is usually a group interview after the physical portion of the audition is completed.
