United Musculoskeletal Partners interview questions

Phone screen with recruiter who screened qualifications and passed me to hiring manager a few days later. Hiring manager interview: standard interview with skills and knowledge related questions very conversational. Explained next steps and told me who I was to meet with next (including names) and wanted to have an offer out in two weeks. Did standard follow up cadence with hiring manager and was told twice that the interview was being scheduled and to "hang tight" only to be ghosted. Even followed up with recruiter and hiring manager to simply ask is my application was still being considered for the position to obtain closure. Still no response.

Following a promising interview, I anticipated prompt communication regarding the next phases within a week. However, despite multiple attempts to follow up as agreed upon, 43 days have elapsed without any response. This lack of communication can be described as being left without further correspondence, commonly referred to as being "ghosted."
