United Methodist Communities interview questions

Applied online. Interviewed on video chat within a week. No word for nearly a month and a half. Then got another call to set up an interview, but it was not a 2nd interview. They got mixed up and forgot they had already interviewed me, but didn't make any offer. Never heard from them again. Could've been a little more communicative, organized and personable.

Initially Applied online, I received a phone call the following day requesting that I take a skills assessment that was to be emailed to me, an interview was also scheduled at that time. I completely the assessment and went to my interview, my interview was with the Business Office Manager and Associate Resource Director. The interview that was conduct was thorough and professional. I was asked questions about my previous work experience and also asked what contribution I would bring to the company.
