There were two separate phone interviews. One was a short behavioral interview. One was a technical interview. Unfortunately the interview process was rushed and not very thorough so there was not sufficient time for me to ask questions about performance reviews, &tc.

Interview
Met the owner first then interviewed by someone else and then asked to do a writing test. Office was very quiet and had a weird vibe, could sense it was an unhappy workplace with a lot of micromanaging, lack of flexibility and trust in employees. Another person interviewed just before me and the owner told me what he thought of them which was unprofessional.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at United Media Group (Belgrade, Central Serbia) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview was too chaotic, without any clear direction. The person that was conducting the interview was not trained well for the job, there where no clear guidelines on the basic compliance information.
