Questions revolved around capabilities for implementing more comprehensive and more timely financial reporting, experience overseeing HR and implementing benefit programs, ability to maintain composure when responding to difficult questions from investors, customers and vendors, German language skills.

there are background questions , experience questions and people skills questions in addition to administration questions and what will be followed after that is the practical test which will include coding and solving problems that are exist in the code in addition to try to explain the method used to solve the problem
