Interview
The interview process is easy. First they talk to on the phone and then they call you for face to face interview where they ask easy question and also explains how the company works. They also introduce you to all the employees of the company.
Easy interview, very quick but not a lot about the job was explained. Taken around and meet the current staff and tour the facilities. Sit down with the Manager and talk mostly about flexibility and hours.

Started off with a phone call with the company's recruiter which was then followed up with a virtual interview. Was then invited to formal interview at the office which was relatively easy. Typical interview questions about your experience & education.

The interview process was conducted by the Director of Human Resources and the head of the Material Testing Department. It was two short interviews describing the job and looking at your qualifications.
