I interviewed with several people including direct peers and senior leadership. The process was extensive and quite lengthy and seemed too procedural for someone who would be new to the company.

The hiring process was very time consuming and frustrating. Having more than 2 interviews is overload for a low paying salary. I’ve interviewed with higher paying roles and Fortune 500 hundred companies that required 1 interview. After the 4th interview at that point you’re just repeating yourself … I wouldn’t recommend this interview process to anyone. Have everyone be on the same call condense to 2 interviews instead of 4.
