Interview
I was content with the interview itself, and I got accepted into the final interview.
However then they clearly informed me, that they are gonna let me know the result in either case- either positive, or also if they don't choose me. I will get a response in 3 working days.
This was more then a month ago, and no feedback at all.

Question 1
Beside the introduction and general questions about me, my motivation, experience, etc., there was an emphasis on the question that why do I choose the field of IT, what are the attributes of a good team player attitude, and what are my further ambitions at the company - would I choose a team leader, a level 2 agent or a senior position later on.

Interview
Interview process was completed in one day. Prior to that we were ask to come, but the interviewer was busy or something. We waited, but it did not happen. This happened for a few days, and we came and went back. But after several days and emailing HR a few times, it happened and was completed in one day.

Interview
It was divided into two parts: informal and technical. I've been asked some typical questions and also questions about my resume and experience. Then we had a role play task to solve where I had to play the customer service representative and answer.

Can you describe a situation when the client wasn't satisfied and how did act in that situation? Imagine that the client is angry and starts to shout at you, what would be your reaction? If you have a conflict at your workplace how would you solve it?
