very difficult process .. there was about 10 to 11 rounds in 2 days ... they tested your communication skills, listening ability ,apti and technical ... i was rejected after HR round...company is good n they were hiring for R&D profile n that was an awesome profile.. had a very good experience with this and learned alot ...

Ich hatte insgesamt zwei Interviews: ein Screening und eine technische Runde. Meiner Meinung nach sind beide Runden positiv verlaufen. Nach dem Interview habe ich jedoch keine Rückmeldung erhalten und musste das Feedback ausdrücklich anfordern. Im Feedback stand, dass mir „marginale Consulting-Soft-Skills“ fehlten, ohne eine detaillierte Beschreibung, welche genau gemeint waren. Ich vermute, dass dies nur eine Ausrede für einen anderen (wirklichen) Grund für die Absage war, den ich natürlich nicht kennen kann.

The recruitment process is very fast, initially i attended to online test , one is apittude and communication and other test is technical, after that i have given technical interview most of the questions asked from python.
