Initial phone interview with the recruiter (30 min) where she discussed Unipart, their philosophy and generalities of the position (based in the US). 2nd 30 min interview was a video conference with the Managing Consultant. I was asked about my background and work history and proceeded to describe my experience and attributes over the next 10 minutes. At several points during the interview the interviewer tried to cover up a yawn. Did not ask any questions - felt like the session was over before it started. I received a response several days later advising me they would not be moving forward and I advised them the feeling was mutual if the 2nd interviewer was indicative of their management staff.
