The whole interview process took place on my school campus. The first day consisted of a short presentation of what and where the job is and then three hours of test taking with verbal and analytical skills test and also personality test. The next day was a one on one interview where. The interviewer asked basic questions like how you work in a group environment, how do you organize your time, your three strengths and weaknesses, etc.
