Applied at University. Talked to Recruiter at the College Career fair. Interview the next day on campus. Very easy interview. Recruiter was very cool. Also is alumni at my school. Just asked me some behavioral questions. What I would prefer in the Union Pacific internship. Asked basic java knowledge questions.

It was great fast and very easy asked simple questions and had really nice people would recommend for anyone to just try to interview and see how it goes it was easy to schedule aswell.

Only phone screens for me, but I was referred to them through a program at my university. Most of my questions were about my personality and preferences in how I operate in a work setting. No trick questions which is always nice.

Interview
There were no technical questions asked. They did ask what skills you have and your level for them (low, medium, high). After, they asked behavioral questions. Then you had time to ask questions at the end.
