Union Income Benefit interview questions

Several stages, including psychometric and behavioral tests. A lot of focus around each specific work experience and running through the details of all previous roles. Second interview was quite long (almost two hours).

Long process which is not necessary but people interviewing are quite nice but just the length of interviews which are too muchm also think the type of questions are not needed. It was actually exhausting in the end..better description of the role would be helpful too. Had to also wait far too long for a response and clear feedback was not given
