We opened with a prayer that all of us would be able to discern the path for me and for the organization. Tag team interview with 3 panel members. Closed with a prayer as well. Was very lovely.

Interview
Prior to the interview there was a pre-screening call to make sure that the candidate is a Christian, whatever that may mean to them. The interview was with one person from the program and one person from HR. They started it off with a prayer. Overall the questions were as expected. They included questions around past experiences, some past and future situational questions, and some questions related to Christian faith. The interview was surprisingly long, maybe an hour and a half.
