You apply online, if you have any spelling errors, your application is tossed out immediately. If your application is chosen, you are asked to complete a computer literacy test and a few personality tests online from home. You may be invited to do an in-person interview panel and if they like you, they will let you visit the center and shadow. If you continue in the process, you will be drug-tested, asked to complete a physical including vision/hearing tests, and a psychological evaluation.

Was called and given date for interview which was a little less than a week from the phone call. Got to the job site about 15 minutes before the appointment. I had to wait for a few minutes. I took a notebook with me that had my resume and the job description as well as my portfolio of certificates. Was greeted by the man over the department. Was led into a conference room where two other women sat already. Sat at the head of the table facing the three interviewers. I think they each had a standard question form and each of them took turns asking me questions. The main interviewer talked a little bit about the department and the job before the questions started.
