I was offered this position after about only 2 months of working there as an MHP. You pretty well had to learn the job by working the job, there was not a lot of preparation before you just sort of were put in there.

Interview
The entire process was different from anything that I had experienced in the past. The entire agency was there it seemed sitting around a table looking and asking questions. As it turned out not many other employees had the same experience. The agency could be better but not many people like real change (superficial change is fine); ironically, real change is the message being delivered to clients but there is not much practice by the practitioners.
