Interview
Met with about 5 managers/teammates and one department head. The hiring manager were very nice. The HR representative seemed logical and a bit detached. Met with the dept head of operations, who had just started the week before. Most of those I met with were Japanese. The overall experience - it was a good experience.

Interview
Initially there was a phone screen with HR. The hiring manager for the department did a phone interview, then a face to face interview that was one on one, but did have an additional person conferenced in. Finally there was background check that required a fingerprint submittal.
