Interview
An engaging self-contained one-day homework project, multiple phone screens over the course of a few of weeks, then a 4-hour on-site interview. Everyone along the way was very pleasant and helpful, and seemed genuinely passionate and excited about the company and the work they were doing.

Interview
Met representative at the career fair which lead to an online application. Phone interview with technical lead followed by a relatively ambiguous take home project followed by another "soft" phone interview. Last was an onsite interview that consisted of five or six 45 minute meetings with various team members. The majority of these meetings were not very technical.
