Easy Interview round with lots of question about past work and future plan.
Process include:
1) 1:1 interview
2) Personality test
3) IQ test
4) Judging the decision making ability
And finally the background check.
Negotiation round was not so hard. interviewer only looks for your commitment towards your new job and seriousness.
