Interviewers were very kind and gave me a tour of the building before sitting down to interview with a remote team member in addition. Asked questions about my background in frontend/databases. Interview was good spirited and I can't emphasize enough that the two people who interviewed me were very nice and diffused any tension I had going in.
Sadly, I haven't received any follow up for nearly a month, so I assume I've been rejected. I understand the rejection and am okay with it, but find it incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional to ghost someone you brought in to interview. The position also had incredibly low pay for what is ostensibly a quite complex and very urgent need, at $16.50/hr.
