Uniformed Services University interview questions

There was a 3 person panel after a brief phone interview. The interview was very quick and only asked a few questions. Once the interview was over, I received the tentative offer in 2-3 weeks.

You submit your CV, cover letter and list of references. If they like them, you will be invited to a phone interview. The Search Committee asks question to see if you will be a good fit for the position. Next step, if you make it, is giving a job talk and meeting other people (like the dept chair).
