I went through 3 interviews with 3 different people, alonside 2 assessments for Powerpoint and Excel. I was called and left text messages (when I was busy and didn't answer) to schedule my next interview or assessment, so I would respond and schedule those and they would respond nearly immediately. But, when I was the one reaching out, I never got a response back from the recruiter at all. Not through email, text message, or phone call. It took me having to email HR for them to respond to me after a week of being ghosted.
