I had a phone interview with three representatives of URS including the HR rep. They asked good questions relative to the position. I was then offered a second interview in person. All contact was made via email. I interviewed in person with the same 3 representative but the HR person was on the phone. They interviewed with what I believe were fair interview questions. I do feel they were trying to see of I had children that may interfere with work attendance, something I don't feel they would have asked a man!
