Nice facility and people, but way out on the west side of Phoenix. Too far for me at least. Several rounds of interviews with varying levels of the company. In person for final round.
The interview process involves initial screening, technical assessments, behavioral interviews, and final evaluations to assess a candidate's skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role and organization. I will be contacted if hired.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unical Aviation (City of Industry, CA) in Jul 2019
Interview
An application and online skills assessment was required before I was scheduled for an interview. The actual interview was the worst candidate experience out of all the companies that I applied for. One of the interviewers was not pleasant at all and came across as very rude. I could tell that the interviewers didn't look over my resume before hand and just asked random questions about the companies I previously worked at. Nothing about my skills about my skills or qualifications
