UniCredit Group Junior Java Developer interview questions

At first is was okay, funny people and a simple discussion about the experience and some basic java question then after one day or two I ve got a call from their Hr specialist and we discussed about my past experience and what I want to do and so on and then about the salary and how much do I want. Then after one month I ve got an email with the rejection. A little disappointing because I was ready to negociate but she (hr lady) accepted and i was pretty sure i did ok and so on and i didn't ask for something out of their buget.
