Interview
At first I got a phone interview and then I wasinvited to an assessment day. The tests took half a day and there were some business cases to discuss in a group and an English test. There were no difficult situations but sometimes it was hard to communicate cause of other's people disrespect in the group.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UniCredit Group (Milan) in Feb 2018
Interview
Il colloquio per consulente Unicredit Direct si compone di tre fasi:
1) breve presentazione del candidato alla presenza di due membri del team HR e degli altri candidati convocati per quella sessione di colloqui (circa 12)
2) assessment di gruppo: i candidati sono divisi in 2 gruppi portatori di interessi opposti, viene letto un case study e i due gruppi devono cercare di raggiungere un accordo comune (ma ciò non è essenziale)
3) colloquio individuale con un responsabile HR
