After a 45 minute walk through the facility and learning about the different stations we all went back to HR to have 1 on 1 interviews. This allowed us to address any concerns or questions we had after actually seeing the wor environment.

Don't bother with online application. They are receiving tax credits for hiring minorities and felons which is fine but unless you fit under one of those categories or you have an inside connection they will not hire you.

The questions were easy. The young girl from Rogersville that interviewed me knew she wasnt gonna hire me so at least she didnt waste my time.
