I applied online to an opening. A week or so later, I received an email to do a phone interview with HR. I had the phone interview with HR, which was typical phone screen questions. I believe it went well. Then a week later, I interviewed with the hiring manager over the phone. I also thought this interview went well. He seemed interested in my background and skills. Then I never heard from them again. Not sure what they were looking for, but I would advise to show enthusiasm for what they are doing, not just talk about sports.
