I applied online. The next day I was sent an email with regards to attending an info session. My personal interview was two days later. We did two 15-minute interviews and a role play. I was given an offer the next day. It was a quick process since the location is a brand new store that is opening up in the spring.

Only got called because a friend had passed my resume along to the manager. My online application was basically ignored and I even received the auto-reply "thanks but no thanks" (after I was officially hired). Met with 3 different HR coordinators that wanted to stress to me the importance of the Under Armour "Story" and to be a "Team Player." A majority of questions revolved around co-worker relationships and sexual conduct in the workplace. Met with store staff a few days after corporate interview. Faxed over employment papers and filed a majority of new hire forms online from home.

Applied online, got sent an email for a Virtual Interview a week later, which was slightly awkward, and then interviewed in person after getting contacted by a rep from within the company. Interesting experience, really awkward doing the digital interview with the phone. Interviewer was really nice and seemed pretty down to earth, was easy to have a conversation.
