Fairly informal and straight forward for an entry level position. Consisted of a phone screen, in person with CEO/CFO, and meeting the team. Wanted to know general work experience, aptitude to learn, willingness to wear a lot of hats, how I fit into the company culture.

You could tell he was blowing smoke up my butt the whole interview. Even had current employees warn me about the job. Glad I stayed away from this place. Nope.
