Was invited to the open house after i submitted a Resume at the College Career Fair3 round of interview,manager,director of operations and the CEO Pretty Straightforward and easy interview Received the offer couple of hours after the interview

Interview was in person. CEO was HOURS late. HOURS. When we finally sat down, we had a good conversation. I didn't get a second interview. It was amazing that the CEO was so comfortable wasting that much of someone's time. Clearly a toxic environment with a toxic person running the whole thing. Judging by a lot of the reviews, others have seen it to. Extremely unprofessional and no sense of how to grow this business. Just another "innovator" with a good idea but no wisdom to execute it. Idea has gotten press because it's interesting, but it's all surface. Underneath it, there's no substance here. Proceed with extreme caution.
