Ask about previous experience in restaurant business. Ask how you would deal with different problems that arise in customer service. Two week training with quiz's on food knowledge, beer & wine, and allergies. Pros= you get to sample the whole menu

Interview
Straightforward interview. The questions asked about scheduling and why you were job searching were very fair. They also talked about their company and the founding concept. The interview process was quick. I also followed back later and got the offer pretty quickly after that
