I applied online and got a call back a week later asking for an interview. Heard back 3 days after the interview and got offered the job. The interview was based off personal experiences with costumers.

Question 1
Describe a time when a costumer was really upset & what you did to fix the situation. Describe a time when you weren't sure about a company policy. Describe a time when you had an issue with a coworker/costumer/manager.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
