I got a phone call to come in for an interview within a few days. Went in for an interview which lasted about an hour. They said they would follow up with me by certain date ,and they did which is huge. Started 10 days later...

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
