Applied on Ulta Beauty careers online. Got a call a couple of days after I applied to come into the store for an interview. It was an individual interview that was in person. I got asked a couple of questions and 2 days later I gotten the call with the job offer.

You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
