Interview
Had a phone interview and it wasn't bad. Asked very basic question about work experience and why I love beauty products. It was very casual and the manager was really nice. Answered all my questions.
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
